Style and Sophistication in Dublin at Dylan Cocktail Lounge

Designed with the fashion forward traveller in mind, the Dylan Hotel provides stunning accommodations in the heart of Victorian Dublin.  A five star boutique hotel, the Dylan aims to please with discreet and comfortable guest rooms and wide range of personalized services.  By evening, guests often find their way to the Dylan cocktail lounge, where sophisticated cocktail creations and a gorgeous atmosphere awaits.

Upon entering the Dylan cocktail lounge, guests are mesmerized by the sweeping pewter bar.  Behind the bar, expert mixologists design cocktails for discerning tastes, using only the finest liquors, spirits, and ingredients.  Guests are invited to settle into one of the plush, jewel toned seats to enjoy a refreshing beverage.

During nice weather, the outdoor terrace beckons guests, providing a bright space where fresh air and warm sunlight combine.  With ample comfortable seating, visitors find the Dylan cocktail lounge and terrace perfect for meeting up with cherished friends or family.  The terrace is also heated, making it a comfortable space, even when a slight chill threatens the air.

The bar offers a delicious menu of snack items and small meals.  Guests also enjoy the two flat screen televisions, which offer sports fans the opportunity to enjoy the latest sporting match.

Luckasz, the bar tender of the Dylan presents a delightful drink titled Scottish Breeze.  This smoky and refreshing beverage starts with grinding a fresh spring of dill and cucumber.  Luckasz then adds Hendrick’s gin, Scotch, rose water, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup in a Scotch-kissed glass, garnished with cucumber and Scottish smoked salmon.

Many locals prefer the Peppery Pleasure Martini.  This sweet and spicy cocktail includes vodka, St. Germain liquer, Green Chartreuse, lime juice, and simple syrup in a Martini Glass rimmed with sugar and cracked black pepper.
