Cocktails at Artesian the World’s Best Bar

A symbol of London’s finest hospitality since 1865, The Langham London has held the honour and distinction of playing host to countless dignitaries, athletes, celebrities, and even royalty throughout its 150 year history.  Despite the changing world on the outside, the inside of this prestigious hotel has held on to a few cherished traditions, including treating each guest with the utmost courtesy and surrounding them with dynamic luxury and opulent surroundings.

The stylish, award-winning Artesian cocktail lounge is no exception to The Langham London’s tradition of excellence.  Featuring modern, stylish décor and lively atmospheres, the Artesian caters to a privileged clientele who are fortunate enough to experience Alex Kratena and Simon Caporale’s unique cocktail creations first hand, an experience few are likely to forget.

While it’s hard to look past the exquisite drink menu, guests will be enchanted by the gorgeous surroundings.  This cosy space features delicate pops of bright purple, set within silver and grey fixtures.  Casually relax in a purple leather chair as you enjoy an incredible and unique beverage experience.  Guests may also prefer a seat at the bar where they can watch the action unfold as fine gin meets innovative treatments such as liquid nitrogen, fire, and a plethora of other surprises.

Guests of The Langham London need only look to the Artesian cocktail lounge in order to find one of London’s most splendid experiences.  A three-time “Best Bar” award winner, the Artesian brings a new philosophy to every drink.  The signature cocktail, the Selfie Compatible, is a smoking new beverage – and they mean that quite literally!  It starts with Zacapa and Floc de Gascogne, mixed with verjus, Campari, Partizan Pale Ale, and a dash of bitters with a squeeze of fresh lime.  A cloud of vapour is created for the guest to inhale with every sip, creating a unique and varied flavour experience.
