Enjoy Cocktails in the Clouds at Manchester’s Beetham Tower

Quite literally Manchester’s top cocktail lounge, the innovative Cloud 23 serves champagne and signature drink specials from high atop the 23rd floor of the Beetham Tower.  Situated within the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, the opulent cocktail lounge is part of an already extraordinary hotel.  Within the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, guests will discover stylish guest rooms with floor to ceiling windows that welcome plentiful daylight.  Enjoying one of the premier locations in the city, guests need not travel far for some of Manchester’s finest attractions.

A lavish loft high above the city, Cloud 23 offers an unforgettable cocktail lounge experience.  Visitors will immediately discover how light, be it day light or the city lights below, is a valued element of this stylish bar’s character.  Like much of Beetham Tower, the Cloud 23 lounge features stunning floor to ceiling windows, which create a calming and relaxed space for an afternoon drink, or a mysterious and vibrant night spot.

Cloud 23 features a collection of private lounge spaces, which collectively make up the sky high realm.  Aptly named after Greek and Roman gods, guests may reserve Zeus, Iris, Apollo, or Eros for an innovative private event.  Each space offers a unique character, from the romantic and enchanting atmospheres of Eros to the bright, airy appeal of Iris.

Though situated high above the streets below, the Cloud 23 cocktail lounge of the Hilton Manchester Deansgate does well to recall the humble beginnings of Manchester below.  Cloud 23’s signature drink, the Collyhurst Cooler, shares the tale of legendary cucumber that once grew in the local tea gardens.  This refreshing drink blends cucumber water with absolute wild tea and elderflower vodka, eager apple juice, and Cloud 23’s signature ginger syrup and lemon sherbet syrup.  Swizzled with crushed ice, the Collyhurst Cooler is garnished with cucumber strips.
