  • Storm Aquavit 40 ml
  • Carpano Antica Formula 20 ml
  • Bob’s Abbotts Bitters 1 splash

Preparation: Add all ingredients in a cold mixing glass and stir until well chilled. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an Maraschino Cherry.

“Kannesteinen” is named after a Norwegian landmark in the western part of Norway. Kannesteinen is a rock shaped to an art-work by the sea beating against the it for thousands of years. The Aquavit used in this drink is infused by the sea weeds harvested from the shore around Kannesteinen at low sea. The drink is stirred on ice and served as a Manhattan, enjoyed like the rock –  as a masterpiece.
