Ingredients

  • Storm Aquavit 40 ml
  • Lemon Juice 35 ml
  • Simple Syrup 20 ml
  • Lingonberries (Mountain Cranberries) 3 teaspoons
  • Peychaud’s Bitters 4 dashes
  • Ardbeg 10yrs
  • Egg Whites 1

Preparation:  Add the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice).   Then fill shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.  Fine strain into a tumbler glass over ice and garnish with  lingonberries. Spray a mist of Ardbeg 10 years (Scotch Malt Whisky) over the drink, just before serving.
