- Vodka 45 ml
- St. Germain liqueur 15 ml
- Green Chartreuse 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Lime Juice 25 ml
- Sugar Syrup 15 ml
- Egg White 1/2
- Caster Sugar
- Cracked Black Pepper
Preparation: Excluding the egg white, cracked black pepper and caster sugar, shake all ingredients without ice (dry shake), then fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Put the egg white into a flat saucer. In another flat saucer mix the cracked Black Pepper and Caster Sugar. Take a chilled Martini glass dip the rim first into the egg white and then the cracked black pepper and caster sugar mix. Double strain the ingredients from the shaker into the chilled Martini glass.
Glassware: Chilled Martini glass,
Garnish: Origami flower. On season garnish with fresh Elderflower.
