- Green Guava Juice 50 ml
- Lime Juice 15 ml
- Sencha Green Tea Syrup 25 ml
- Cucumber Slices 2
- Shisho Leaf 1
Preparation: Muddle cucumbers in a Boston glass, then place all ingredients in to Boston glass or cocktail shaker and shake with cubed ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice before garnishing.
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Garnish with 2 Shiso leaves and 2 slices of cucumber.
