Cocktails at London Tower Bridge in TwoRuba

The ever-elegant Hilton London Tower Bridge makes a perfect base for a leisurely visit to the city.  Minutes from the famous Tower Bridge, this stylish and well-equipped hotel is convenient for tourism, shopping, or business, granting visitors the optimal opportunity to explore this amazing and sprawling city on the Thames.

By evening, however, the greatest attraction in London can be found within the Hilton London Tower Bridge hotel.  TwoRuba is London’s newest cocktail lounge and bar.  A chic and sophisticated retreat, the atmosphere of the bar space morphs from casual coffee bar to stylish cocktail lounge as evening falls.

TwoRuba is decked out in warm colours and materials, giving a cosy feel to a modern, city-themed lounge space.  At the bar, a team of creative mixologists and tenders work diligently to deliver unique cocktail experiences.  TwoRuba also serves up a wide variety of classic favourites, fine wines, and spirits.

The perfect companion to a refreshing beverage, TwoRuba offers a delightful menu of small plates.  Served tapas style for easy sharing, TwoRuba’s delicious food options are ideal for passing around a group of close friends, or a simple and elegant evening for two.  TwoRuba also features a private lounge for exclusive parties or celebrations.

With a specialty cocktail recipe for everyone, the Hilton London Tower Bridge hotel’s lounge, TwoRuba, is the perfect stop for cocktail connoisseurs or newbies alike.  The signature drink, You’ve Been Tangoed (known as the YBT to the locals), is a sweet and smoky start to an unforgettable cocktail experience.  The drink starts with cognac, Frangelico, Cointreau, and a dash of bitters.  Shaken and strained into a coupette glass, the concoction is added to orange soda and Pommery champagne for a sweet and earthy flavour combination.  The drink is then smoked under a glass dome with smoking Applewood chips.
